Over 6 people charged at $30.00 each per night Additional information: Add 8% Virgin Islands Hotel tax to the above rates. Kids 5 and under are free. Check in is 3 P.M. and check out is 12 Noon. One half of the rent is requested to make the reservation. Verbal or email reservations will be held for one week upon waiting for receipt of your deposit. The balance is due 60 days before the arrival date. You will be sent a confirmation of reservation upon receipt of the deposit. For a refund, cancellation of reservation must be received no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. A minimum of three or four persons is required for the Christmas/New Year Holiday and Spring Break rentals. |
